2 leaves (100g) cabbage
2 bunch (30g) spinach

2 tbsp butter
2 tsp sugar
salt, pepper — a little
vegetable oil — a little
2 eggs
some cooked rice
soy sauce — alittle

  1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spinach into 5-6cm long pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in the frying pan. Stir-fry the cabbage and spinach over middle heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove the cabbage and spinach from the pan into a plate.
