2 popatos (300g)

pork shoulder loin block (250g)

1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sake
1 tsp soy sauce

<<How To>>

  1. Cut popatos into about 5 mm rectangular pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain well. Paper dry them.
  2. Cut the pork block into 5mm-thick slices. Sprinkle salt and pepper (A) on the pork. Cut japanese leek into 5mm wide.
